The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 11 December, 2005

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) rally in the week ending 11 December, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose by 8.4% to £117.38, up from £108.28 during the equivalent week last year.

Occupancy increased by 1.5 percentage points to 88.3%.

Average room rate grew by 6.6% to £132.99, up from £124.76 in the corresponding week of 2004.
