The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 30 April, 2006

London hotels saw revenue per available room (revpar) soar by 20.1% in the week ending 30 April, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar climbed to £97.55, up from £81.25 during the equivalent week last year.

Occupancy increased by 10.4 percentage points to 88.79% and average room rate grew by 6% to £110.03, up from £103.76 in the corresponding week of 2005.
