The Bench: London weekly hotel performance to 28 January, 2007
London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 14.4% in the week ending 28 January, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar rose to £111.14, up from £97.18 during the equivalent week of 2006.
A drop in occupancy by 0.5 percentage points to 80.6% was offset by a 15.1% hike in average room rate to £137.93, up from £119.80 in the corresponding week of 2006.
