The four-star, 131-bedroom Novotel Bristol Centre hotel is up for sale after going into administration.

Situated in the Temple District of the city, close to Bristol Temple Meads station, the hotel is operated on a lease by Accor under the Novotel brand.

Marketed by CBRE Hotels, the hotel provides the opportunity for a secure rental income guaranteed by Accor, as well as the potential for additional performance-based rent.
