Sam Bryant rejoins Strattons as head chef

Sam Bryant has rejoined Strattons, having previously worked at the hotel as a commis and then sous chef.

Prior to his return, Bryant was head chef at the Kings Head Bawburgh, where the brigade was nominated for Alysham Food Heroes 2009 and 2010, EDP Food Awards "Best Norfolk Menu" 2009 and "Best Dish" 2010, and finalists in the National Pub Chef "Best Roast Award" 2010.

Strattons co-owner Vanessa Scott said she was delighted to welcome Bryant back to Strattons "inspiring our kitchen and restaurant team".

"Sam always understood the value and quality of local produce, the traceability and development of products via support from the restaurants and food outlets supplied," she added.
