Enterprise Inns auctions 11 more pubs
Enterprise Inns hopes to raise as much as £11.3m through the auction of another 11 pubs.
Ten of the properties are in London, while one is in Windsor, Berkshire. All of the pubs are being sold on a 35-year leaseback and all have rent reviews in 2015. The London pubs are:

Guide price: £850,000-£900,000

The Archers, Whitechapel, E1

Elgin Bar & Grill, Maida Vale, W9 Guide price: £1.15m-£1.25m

The Beaconsfield, Haringey, N5
Guide price: £900,000-£950,000
Rent reserved at: £70,000pa
Northumberland Arms, Kings Cross, WC1
Guide price: £1m-£1.1m
Rent reserved at: £80,000pa
The Princess of Wales, Primrose Hill, NW1 Guide price: £950,000-£1m

The auction, held by Allsops, is due to take place on 19 October.
