Pizza pasta chain Del Arte seeks UK franchisees
Italian pizza pasta restaurant chain Del Arte is seeking British franchise partners as it plans to enter the UK market.
Owned by Le Duff Group, the company, which runs 107 restaurants in France as well as two in Ireland, hopes to open 10 restaurants in the UK in the next seven years.
"The Italian restaurant sector is highly successful in Britain and it is a market full of possibilities," said Rodolphe Neveux, Del Arte's international franchise manager.
Del Arte offers interested partners a broad franchise programme, including market analysis and centralised services such as purchasing, research and development, training, construction, marketing and logistics.
The group's restaurants tend to be located on the edge of urban areas, as well as in shopping centres and near cinemas.
Del Arte restaurants have an ambience similar to Tuscan villas, with an indoor patio recreating a village square. The menu includes Italian specialities ranging from antipasti to pizzas, pasta dishes and "Gelati".
In 2012, the brand plans to open three new restaurants in Ireland, as well as two restaurants in Saudi Arabia and 22 in France.
