Duo behind Meat Liquor and Meat Market to open third site

Scott Collins and Yianni Papoutsis, owners of London burger restaurants Meat Liquor and Meat Market, are set to open a third site this week.

The duo, who started out with food van Meat Wagon, will open Meat Mission on Hoxton Market in east London on Friday (14 December).

The menu at Meat Mission will be similar to Meat Liquor and Meat Market offering signature burgers, hotdogs and chicken wings, alongside an extensive cocktail list and pitchers of beer.

Collins and Papoutsis are also in negotiations to open a restaurant in Brighton next year.
