Horizons names fastest-growing restaurant brands

Bill's has topped a list of the UK's fastest growing restaurant brands, as it opened 16 new sites in 2013.

The "Ones to Watch" survey by foodservice analyst Horizons tracks the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country.

It reported a record number of new concepts this year, with 105 brands with between five and 25 outlets showing over 20% growth over the past three years, and 88 Bubbling Under brands, which have shown growth but have yet to reach five outlets.

The top 10 Ones To Watch brands were:

7) Brasserie Blanc (12 new openings between 2010 and 2013)
8) Handmade Burger Co (10 new openings between 2010 and 2013)
9) Wildwood (10 new openings between 2010 and 2013)
10) SOHO Coffee Co (8 new openings between 2010 and 2013)
