Sodexo's David Mulcahy will assume the role of David Dimbleby and chair the discussion on issues affecting the contract catering industry, while the expert panel will include leading figures from hospitality and foodservice.
The British Hospitality Association's chief executive Ufi Ibrahim will be joined by Kate Martin, managing partner at the Brookwood Partnership and CH&Co's deputy chief executive Caroline Fry, with more names still to be confirmed.
In true Question Time style, The Caterer is calling for suggestions of questions and topics to be discussed.
They can be on anything that caterers need to keep in mind in order to run a successful business, from training and recruitment to legislation changes around allergen information and the National Living Wage.
