Two new Revolución de Cuba sites set to open
Revolution Bars Group is to open two new sites under the Latin-inspired Revolución de Cuba brand this month.
The sites, which are in Reading and in Aberdeen, the group's first in Scotland, will increase its portfolio to 12.
Revolución de Cuba Aberdeen will include 130 covers and feature a Havana bar and live music stage.
The 170-cover Reading site will open on Friar Street on 24 November. It will feature a retractable roof of the first floor that will accommodate a further 40 covers on a terrace.
Both sites will offer rum-led cocktails along with a Spanish/Mexican-inspired menu that includes quesadillas, burritos and skewers.
Revolution Bars Group chief executive Mark McQuater said: "We're incredibly excited to be bringing the Revolución de Cuba experience to Aberdeen and Reading. Our passion is to spread Cuba's rich culture nationwide and we are pleased that vision continues to grow as we open more venues."
