67 more Bramwell pubs up for sale
A further 67 pubs from the estate of in-administration pub operator Bramwell have been put up for sale.
Property agent Christie + Co is marketing the 67 sites, all of which are currently trading.
The move comes after Christie + Co last week put 35 pubs up for sale on behalf of administrator Zolfo Cooper, all of which had closed.
Earlier this week it emerged that Zolfo Cooper had sold 78 other pubs from the Bramwell estate to pub giant Stonegate.
The 67 remaining trading pubs are situated throughout England, Scotland and Wales and include four in London, with others in major cities including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff.
Neil Morgan, director and head of pubs for Christie + Co, said: "We're delighted to present this final tranche of Bramwell Pub Company sites to the market. The package encompasses pubs of a very good quality, all of which are trading and all in excellent locations for future trading potential. The sites would suit existing pub and restaurant operators and are available as group or individual assets.
"While we are entertaining all reasonable offers for the leaseholds, we expect to see some sizeable premiums achieved on some sites."
Christie + Co is seeking offers for the 67 sites by no later than 5pm on 28 November.
