Admiral Taverns puts eight pubs on the market

Admiral Taverns has put eight new pubs on the market, taking the total number being marketed on behalf of Admiral by property agent Fleurets to 160.

The new properties are:

Dean Brook, Manchester £150,000
Grove, Manchester £170,000
Elastic Inn, Coventry £175,000
Gatehouse, Keighley £175,000
Keepers, Wigan £225,000
Swan, Plymouth £225,000
Wards, Gilberdyke £250,000
Devonshire Arms, Ripley £325,000

Ian Taylor, Associate at Fleurets, commented: "Admiral Taverns, together with most of the larger tenanted pub operating companies, are, in my opinion, reaching the end of their initial disposal programme. With this in mind, perhaps, now is the time to buy before they dry up".
