Age ranges working in hospitality

The 30-49 age group dominates the hospitality industry in all sectors except pubs, clubs and bars, which is favoured by younger people. In the pubs, clubs and bars sector the number of people aged between 16 and 19 has increased significantly, from 3% in 2001 to 25.3% in 2002.
