All Bar One opens at Birmingham New Street

Bar group All Bar One, from Mitchells & Butlers, has opened a new site at Birmingham New Street station.

The 428 sq m (4,607 sq feet), 234-cover bar brings the number of Birmingham locations for the group to five,.

Open from 6am to 11pm, the site serves the group's usual menu of breakfast and tapas small plates, alongside an extensive wine, Champagne, draught beer and cocktail list. It will also offer cocktail masterclasses on a "cocktails and bubbles" tasting table.

The décor will mirror other new locations in the group, using a remodelled design of exposed brick walls, natural wood and low-hanging lights, with leather banquettes, high stools and chairs.

Susan Chappell, All Bar One brand operations director, said: "We are delighted to have launched All Bar One within one of the busiest transport hubs. We are confident it will be a hugely successful location for us. Birmingham has become a real focus for the brand and we are proud to be in this landmark development."
Mitchells & Butlers operates 49 All Bar One locations across the UK. Its other brands include Browns, O'Neill's, Ember Inns, Harvester, Toby Carvery, and Orchid Pubs.
