With 1,350 suppliers from 43 countries exhibiting, and more than 26,000 visitors, the biennial <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /?>

IFE show, at London's ExCeL from 13 to 16 March, is one of the largest food and drinks trade shows anywhere, covering the whole of the industry in nine product-specific sections. > New to this year's show, and of particular interest to the hospitality trade, will be two chef demonstration areas. Caterer & Hotelkeeper's Chef @ IFE Innovation will showcase leading chefs, such as Philip Howard of London's two-Michelin-starred The Square, who will be giving away a few tricks of the trade. Meanwhile Chef @ IFE Inspiration, sponsored by The Food Development Association, will provide practical answers to a range of culinary and catering questions. The Fresh Ideas @ IFE section will highlight what experts believe are the most innovative and exceptional food and drink products launched within the last year, while at Futures @ IFE, industry experts will give seminars and demonstrations of up-and-coming products and trends. Then there's The Drinks Academy @ IFE, which will provide drinks tasting sessions, advice on maximizing drink sales profits, and pointers to perfect cocktails. Entry is free of charge for delegates who pre-register, or £30 on the door.
