All the fun of the fayre
THE industry has always been noted for its theatre and nowhere is this more evident than at Hotelympia, taking place from 7 to 11 February at Earls Court, London.
As ever, visitors to the industry's biggest show will be keen to discover the latest products on offer, view the exceptional skills exhibited in the Display Salon and study the cooking talents in both the Live and Garde d'Or theatres (a second, purpose-built live theatre), and La Parade des Chefs (the glass-enclosed competition kitchens, each serving 85 covers per day). In addition, a series of business seminars will discuss issues facing the industry, such as genetically modified foods and eating trends.
