An open and shut case
AN easy opening package, which can be resealed, has been introduced for Millac Gold, 915, the cream alternative from Pritchitt Foods.
The package now has a simple cap which can be snapped open and shut. With its real dairy cream content, Millac Gold, which is unsweetened, can be used for whipping and pouring, as well as in cooking. It also has a long shelf life - up to six months from the date of manufacture.
Recipes are available for dishes ranging from Baked Petit Fromage to Lemon Cream Pavlova.
Millac Dairy Single Cream, 916, is versatile as it can be poured straight from the pack on a range of desserts, as well as used in coffee.
Millac Dairy Whipping Cream, 917, can be used for piping or spooning onto fruit pieces, desserts and gateaux.
Both products are in one litre Tetra resealable packs. Dairy Cream is also in 9 x 500g aerosols.
Roselle Supreme, 918, the dairy cream alternative, can be used for pouring, piping, flavouring sauces and enhancing custard sauces. It can be used in hot desserts and soufflés.
It tastes, whips and pipes like cream. Once whipped, it maintains a firm texture for piping, filling and decorating desserts, pastries and gateaux.
Available in 12 x one litre resealable Tetra slim packs or a ten litre bag in the box size for high volume use. Also in a handy aerosol with each can providing over four pints of whipped product.
