Andrew Shaw, development director, Accor Hotels in the UK and Ireland

Andrew Shaw has been appointed development director for Accor Hotels in the UK and Ireland. Shaw previously worked at property agent Knight Frank Hotels, where he launched and managed a specialist hotels service covering central England and Wales. Before this he was executive director of the M&S Pub Company, where he oversaw the group's expansion.
