Andrew Taylor and Mark Sargent join the Honourable Artillery Company
Andrew Taylor has joined the Honourable Artillery Company as head chef.
Taylor has worked at catering companies including the Admirable Crichton and Alison Price, plus the Ritz and the Savoy as well as Thomas' Restaurant.
Mark Sargent has also been hired as a pastry chef for the venue. Sargent's career has been dedicated to the world of pastry, honing his craft in Zurich.
He has also worked at the Savoy, Aspinall's Club and Les Ambassadeurs.
