TARGETING situations where trained baristas are not available, the Cafe Swiss 100/CS 100 bean-to-cup cappuccino machine has a patented one-step system for producing frothed milk plus an intelligent pre-brew aroma system called IPBAS.
The removable 5.5 litre water tank holds sufficient for making approximately 100 espressos or 40 cappuccinos.

Machines operate on 13 amp power supply and can be specified in plumbed-in or non-plumbed versions. Programmable grinders and twin hoppers allow two different blends to be served eg regular and decaffeinated. Hopper capacity is up to 130 cups.
