Barracuda Pub Group appoints Sarah Weir commercial director
The Barracuda Pub Group has appointed Sarah Weir as commercial director, a newly created role at the company.
Weir joins from PizzaExpress where she was the head of food and drink innovation, responsible for the business strategy across 400 PizzaExpress restaurants.
At Barracuda, she will have responsibility for category management and overall procurement across the 200-strong pub company, and also oversee marketing and food development.
Roger Moxham, chief executive of the Barracuda Pub Group, said: "Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous roles in the leisure and hospitality sector where she has successfully demonstrated delivery and implementation of commercial strategies."
