Product Rondue tabletop barbecue grill
USP The grill, powered by eco-gel fuel packs, allows pub and restaurant customers to cook their own food - or bring the barbecue inside if the weather turns bad. It was trialled at the Canary Wharf All Bar One on the day of the London Marathon.
Details The black or white ceramic base focuses heat from the gel packs on to the patented 260mm Teflon grill cooking plate. Grill ridges diffuse heat to sear food quickly, while the gaps transform moisture into steam. One Rondue serves up to four diners.
Power The 80g bio-ethanol fuel packs are smoke- and smell-free and last for approximately one hour. The kit includes handled fuel holders with covers.
