Be At One's 13th bar to be first to serve food
Be At One's new Gresham Street bar in London will be the first in the 13-strong group to offer food, after it agreed to team up with restaurateur Ossie Gray.
Gray, formerly of the River Café, will serve light plates and tapas-style dishes at the cocktail bar, which is undergoing a £560,000 investment to transform into a Be At One. The site was formerly a wine bar and bistro called Bar Battu.
The investment will include a refurbishment of the downstairs bar, together with the addition of a new bar in the upstairs area.
Opening at the beginning of October, Be At One has employed 10 full-time bartenders.
