Pâtisserie carrier case specialist Foodafayre has a new range of buttery filo pastry cups, suitable for both savoury and sweet creations. Available in 5in, 3in and 1in diameters, the filo cups are suitable for starters through to canap‚s. The cups are made with GM- and nut-free ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians. They are individually packed, with a 12-month shelf life.
