DANISH COMPANY Caravell (UK) has launched a refrigeration technology package aimed at UK caterers.
From its UK base in Buckingham, Caravell can provide, from stock, a selection of more than 30 different product lines. It was one of the first companies in the world to introduce a chest freezer with 100 per cent CFC-free foam. It is now offering 32 different sizes of coldroom, each of which can be assembled and operational in under two hours.
All Caravell's standard cabinets are made from superior 304 grade stainless steel, with rounded corners for easy cleaning and safety.
In addition, all Caravell equipment
