Catermasters wins three-year deal at Heidelberg
Contract caterer Catermasters has been awarded a three-year deal at Heidelberg Graphic Equipment in Brentford, Middlesex.
Estimated to be worth in the region of £150,000 a year, the contract will see Catermasters provide healthy hot and cold breakfast, lunch, trolley and hospitality services to the team of 120 staff at Heidelberg, a manufacturer of printing machines and supplier of associated parts.
Richard Moody, joint managing director of Catermasters, said: "Heidelberg was searching for a well-rounded, efficient and tasty catering service and that's something that we deliver to all of our clients as a matter of course. I'm delighted that we have been chosen to go on site in Brentford and I know Heidelberg will notice a significant improvement over the service they were receiving from their former supplier."
The contract was won following a competitive tender process which saw Heidelberg representatives visit another Catermasters site to witness first hand the standard of service that would be on offer.
Dalis Davies, Heidelberg's HR and facilities manager, added: "We originally invited three companies to tender before we then chose two to talk to in more depth. Catermasters' track record and enthusiasm impressed us from the outset and we know it is a company that will bring a raft of improvements to our catering facility and service."
