CH&Co awarded Investors in People's highest accolade
CH&Co has been awarded Investors in People Gold Recognition, the highest accolade available within the Investors in People programme.
The company first achieved IIP status in 1997 and the achievement of Gold Recognition puts CH&Co in the top 0.88% of the 24,000 Investors in People recognised organisations in the country.
Alison Gilbert (pictured), director of HR and a board director of CH&Co, described the award as a fantastic endorsement of the company's ethos and values. "It shows that, despite our growth and success, our people are very much at the heart of our business," she added.
IIP assessor Peter Kearns, said that CH&Co's achievement was particularly impressive as it came so soon after the company's major restructuring into five distinct divisions last May.
He said: "Every person in the business has a clear understanding of the company's values and can talk about them with confidence and a real understanding of the part they play."
