Coaching Inn Group acquires Golden Lion in Cambridgeshire for £2m
The Coaching Inn Group has acquired the Golden Lion in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, for more than £2m as the firm continues with its £20m expansion programme.
In the past 12 months the company has acquired five properties and plans to add a further four sites by the end of the year.
The Golden Lion is housed in an 18th century property and offers 25 bedrooms.

The Coaching Inn Group achieved a 60% rise in profits to £1.3m and 29% increase in sales to £13m, in its latest financial results.
The group operates 11 hotels across Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire, Cambridgeshire and Wales.
