Dion Timarsh becomes head chef and general manager of Gwent's Horseshoe Inn

Dion Timarsh, a former head chef on the Orient Express, has joined the Horseshoe Inn, in Mamhilad, Gwent, as head chef/general manager.
Tidmarsh, who is from Caldicot, Monmouthshire, previously cooked at Hurst House in Laugharne, Carmarthenshire, which was part-owned by actor Neil Morrissey.
Tidmarsh has also worked at the Savoy and Berkeley Hotels, as well as at Quaglino's in London and DJ Chris Evans' Newbridge Inn in Tredunnock, Monmouthshire.
