Duck meat is now being offered by international food and ingredients supplier Cargill Integra. Aimed at the convenience and added-value food markets and suitable for use in sandwiches, wraps, pizzas or stir-fries, the meat is skinless and prepared Chinese-style - aromatic and shredded.
