Enterprise puts 10 more London pubs up for sale
Enterprise Inns is hoping to raise around £12.5m through the sale of 10 more London pubs.
The ten properties are to be sold at auction in July with auctioneer Allsop.
They include the Stage Door in Waterloo, the Prince of Wales in Clapham and the Hob in Forest Hill.
All the properties will be sold on sale and leaseback basis on new 35-year leases.
The most expensive property is the Prince of Teck on Earl's Court Road, with a guide price of up to £2.55m.
