Enterprise sells nine pubs for £10m
Enterprise Inns](http://www.enterpriseinns.com) has raised almost £10m by selling the freeholds to nine pubs, including the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms in London.
The firm sold the pubs with a 35-year leaseback at an auction by Allsop yesterday, meaning the tenants of the businesses will be unaffected.
The pubs sold were:
LondonHarwood Arms, Fulham: £1.51m (Guide price of £925,000-£975,000, with rent of £70,000 per annum)
The Londesborough, Stoke Newington, London: £725,000 (Guide price of £700,000-£750,000, with rent of £55,000 per annum)
Old King's Head, Bishopsgate: £800,000 (Guide price of £750,000-£800,000, with rent of £60,000 per annum)
The Rocket, Acton: £1.07m (Guide price of £1m-£1.1m, with rent of £80,000 per annum)
Ruby Lounge, Islington: £880,000 (Guide price of £850,000-£900,000, with rent of £65,000 per annum)
The White Ferry House, Pimlico: £1.55m (Guide price of £950,000-£1m, with rent of £70,000 per annum)
Yorkshire Grey, Bloomsbury: £1.2m (Guide price of £1.1-£1.2m, with rent of £90,100pa)
Horse and Hound, Broadway, Worcestershire: £990,000 (Guide price of £950,000-£1m, with rent of £75,000pa)
The White Swan, Richmond, Surrey: £1.2m (Guide price of £900,000-£950,000, with rent of £70,000 per annum)
