ETM Group to open restaurant and bar in Canary Wharf

ETM Group is to open a new 100-cover modern European restaurant and 30-cover cocktail bar called One Canada Square, in the heart of Canary Wharf in London.

The restaurant will open in September this year in the ground floor lobby of the building of the same name, which is currently the tallest operational office building in the UK.

Designers David Collins Studio will attempt to reflect the grandeur of the tower, with the architects using some of the lobby's trademark green Italian and Guatemalan marble to create pillars as a backdrop to the the 5,000 sq ft restaurant and bar.

Tom Martin, co-founder of ETM Group said: "We have been looking for a site in Canary Wharf for several years now and are delighted to have been given the opportunity by our landlord, Canary Wharf Group to launch a brand new restaurant and cocktail bar at the epicentre of Canary Wharf. We love this dynamic and constantly developing area and the customer base is exactly what ETM is geared towards."
