Famous north London music pub for sale for £2.7m
The freehold for a renowned London music pub where 1990s bands like Blur and Nirvana both performed is up for sale for £2.7m.
The Bull and Gate in Kentish Town is being marketed by leisure agents Davis Coffer Lyons.
It totals almost 4,200sq ft and includes a live music room and eight bedrooms.
The 17th-century public house on Kentish Town Road has been owned by the same family, the Lynskey family, for 32 years.
The property has also traded in the past as a launderette, snooker hall, and a theatre.
