In a nod to the health-conscious, Cranswick Foodservice is introducing a new low-fat sausage to the market. Branded "Better Because", the Lazenby sausage is made with 90% lean-cut pork and herbs, and contains only 7% of the daily recommended salt allowance. On top of that, the sausage is also gluten- and GMO-free and has even been classified as a "Freedom Food" by the RSPCA because the farmed animals have been reared to strict welfare standards. Right on!
