THREE new gas fryers feature in the American-made WGS range from Wolf. Tank capacities are 35, 45 and 65lb (of fat) respectively, and claimed hourly outputs (rated in production of quarter inch fries per hour from frozen) are 65, 100 and 115 lbs.
Specifications include heat exchanger tubes positioned for thorough cleaning, a ball-type drain valve for easy oil change, twin fry baskets and 14-gauge cold-rolled steel fry tanks. Prices: £1,990 (WGS35); £2,290 (WGS45) and £2,790 (WGS65).
