Fuller's completes deal to buy 16 Enterprise pubs
London-based pub company and brewer Fuller, Smith & Turner has completed its purchase of 15 pubs from Enterprise Inns, announced last month.
In addition to the agreed purchase of 15 pubs, Fuller's will also purchase one additional pub, bringing the total number of pubs purchased to 16 for a total cash consideration of £25.4m.
