Glasgow plays host to hospitality

Scotland's largest hospitality event takes place from 17-20 March at the SECC in Glasgow. It will feature some 400 companies filling approximately 8,000sq m of exhibition space.

ScotHot will also be hosting the biggest Salon Culinaire in the UK this year, with categories including Scottish Chef of the Year 2003, the Junior World Culinary Grand Prix, the Prison Chefs' Challenge and the Student Chef Team Challenge. Exhibitor categories include food, drink, catering equipment, entertainment systems, IT, workwear, tableware, furniture and interior fittings and accessories. There's also a new section dedicated entirely to fitness and leisure. The previous show in 2001 attracted more than 14,000 visitors, with 700 competitors in the Salon Culinaire, including more than 300 international chefs.
