Methodology

Each Market Pulse report is based on a quantitative survey with a hand-picked panel of more than 1,000 hospitality professionals.

The panel has been carefully structured to reflect the following:

  • Popular catering, specifically
    • Restaurants
    • Pubs, clubs and bars
  • Hotel restaurants
  • Hotels
  • Caterers involved in catering in business and industry, education and health:
    • Contract caterers
    • In-house caterers

Future waves of research will also include analysis of specifics such as recruitment plans and equipment purchasing plans - as well as other business-critical issues chosen by you.
