Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) open their salary survey

Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) have launched a survey open to all UK based hospitality professionals with a goal to produce the UK's largest hospitality salary survey to date, supplying key insights into the industry.

The aim of the survey is to give a detailed picture of what makes the industry tick. How do hospitality salaries compare, job satisfaction levels, the key factors that keep people working in hospitality, the benefits that are most important to hospitality professionals and if employees working in hospitality are proud of their industry?

The results of the survey will be published in a detailed report and presented live on the 2020 Vision Stage at HRC on 3 March 2020 coinciding with HRC's ambition to tackle staff shortages and increase retention rates within the sector.
