Ice-cold in the cellars

THE Sub-Zero, a glycol-based cellar chiller for multi-pump beer cooling, has been introduced to the UK from the tropical and sub-tropical climates of the Far East. Refrigeration capacities available in the UK are 2.5, 4, 6, 8 and 10 kW. The company also showed the Moderna Arctic Font where the main components are specially treated to give a distinctive ice-white "frosted" finish to match the ice cold temperature of the beer served from a linked glycol Super Chill cooler.
