Ashe Park holed below the waterline
Ashe Park Mineral Water, one of the industry's best-known bottled water companies, went into administrative receivership last week after its receivers failed to find a buyer. On Monday 21 March, the company ceased trading from its head office and bottling plant in Steventon, Hampshire.
It is not known how many staff at the plant and the company's headquarters have been made redundant. Receiver Robson Rhodes refused to comment.
Montagu restaurant
set for May opening
The Hyatt Regency Churchill hotel on London's Portman Square is to launch a new restaurant called the Montagu in May.
The hotel is already home to acclaimed Italian restaurant Locanda Locatelli, whose operation will continue unchanged.
The 130-seat Montagu will open on the former site of the Terrace restaurant and cost £1m to create. It will be aimed at local residents as well as guests, and will offer a range of European comfort foods such as eggs Benedict, fish cakes, roasts and grills - all of which will be prepared in an open, theatre-style kitchen.
