John Tremayne appointed head chef of White Swan on Fetter Lane

Pub company ETM Group has appointed John Tremayne as head chef of the White Swan on Fetter Lane in the City of London. He joins after three years spent at sister property the Gun. Before that Tremayne trained under Ben Tish at Spanish restaurant Salt Yard before doing a stint at Michelin-starred restaurant Arbutus.
