Jumeirah takes over London hotels

Dubai-based hotel group Jumeirah International takes over the management of London's Carlton Tower and Lowndes hotels from the Hyatt Group on 1 December. The company's properties in Dubai include the Jumeirah Beach hotel, Emirates Tower and Burj Al Arab.
