Jones left Spirit in January after Punch's £2.7b takeover by Punch, reportedly pocketing £15m.

Jones has dubbed her new company Food & Fuel and is working with Roger Myers, with whom she founded the Café Rouge chain. Several Spirit colleagues are part of the team, and Jones told the newspaper she planned to add two or three sites during the next year.
