The Leonard: sold
The Leonard is a 44-bedroom Georgian town house hotel, and includes 12 apartments located within and opposite the main hotel. It is located on Seymour Street in the West End. Dominic Mayes, partner at agent Knight Frank, which co-ordinated the sale, said the sale showed existing London hotel operators were willing to commit to the future and the market was not just being led by overseas buyers. HVS International advised the new owners. by Nic Paton
