Straight out of what Pemberton's Chocolates and Confectionery has dubbed the real-life Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory (Roald Dahl was, you see, from Wales) comes a Welsh after-dinner mint. Each hand-made chocolate features one of four traditional Celtic designs: a daffodil, the Welsh dragon, the three feathers, or the Celtic cross. The chocs are made using Belgian couverture and are all additive- and preservative-free.
