Mansion House Catering Services Contract
MANSION HOUSE CATERING SERVICES CONTRACT
Mansion House is a Grade 1 listed 18th Century building, owned by the Corporation of London, which serves as the private office and official residence of the Rt Hon The Lord Mayor.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and resourced catering companies who wish to express an interest in tendering for the provision of catering services at the Mansion House.
Applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and evidence suitable capacity and capability to deliver the service, including having demonstrable experience of this type of service. Interested Applicants may express an interest through the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org). The PQQ can be downloaded from the portal and must be completed and uploaded to the portal by no later than midday on Friday 20th June 2014.
Invitations to tender will be made on the basis of experience, capability, financial standing and other matters. It is anticipated that tenders will be invited late July 2014. The contract will be awarded in early December 2014 with a start date of 2nd February 2015.
The contract will be for a minimum 3-year period with options to extend up to a maximum of 5 years. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous
tender, taking into account such matters as price and quality of services as described in the tender documents.
