Michelin-starred Sat Bains and Steve Munkley headline Pace conference

Michelin-starred chef Sat Bains and Steve Munkley, the renowned executive chef at The Royal Garden Hotel in London, will take centre stage at this year's Professional Association of Catering Education (Pace) conference.

The conference, now in its fifth year, will see Bains discussing culinary excellence while Munkley will be part of a panel discussing partnerships from an employer's perspective.

Other speakers include British Hospitality Association chief executive Bob Cotton and Geoff Booth, head of the school of hospitality at Westminster Kingsway College.

The two-day event will be held at Whittlebury Hall, near Towcester, Northamptonshire, on 1 and 2 May.

For more information and a full programme of events and exhibitors visit the Pace website or call 01293 851869.
